Shipping & Return Policy

•General shipping take up to 6 business days.

•Overnight shipping orders, go out before 3pm on business days. Otherwise, it will go out the next morning for next day. Please advise. Contact us if you need a rush order, and want to confirm we prioritize your shipping ASAP!

•Once your order has left our office, and at the post office, we have no control any further. Please understand that there may be delays that are out of our control. Contact us if you have any order that you need us to prioritize and we will do all we can on our part. 

•As our designs are very special, hand made and most of the time made to order, we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT.

•In certain cases, we do offer exchanges within 14 days. Item must have tags, receipt and UNWORN to be considered.
